Many people think they know exactly what is going to be good for them, eve though the truth is that they really have no clue. Wouldn’t it have been great if having a lot of money, hanging around rich and powerful people, and drinking expensive wine each day would make you healthy?

Here are ten very basic things that you can do which will help you live a longer and healthier life.

Or do something nice for someone else. Not only will that person appreciate your efforts, but you will also feel good too.

10) Adopt A Pet

An interesting research has shown that having a pet can add years to your life. Pets can also help to reduce your stress levels too. For this reason, you might want to think about getting a cat or a dog of your own.
