Tip 1 – Start Of The Day With A Nutritious Breakfast
Breakfast is the first thing you will eat that day, so by making sure it is something healthy such as a fruit salad, green smoothie or oats etc will put you in the right mindset for the day. And the same can be said about the opposite, if you eat something unhealthy you will immediately be putting yourself in the wrong mindset for the rest of that day.

There is nothing wrong with spending an hour or two each day on the game console. or in front of the TV, just make sure that you also spend a few hours out and about exploring what other benefits life has to offer. Getting at-least 8 hours of sleep per night is essential for the body to function at the optimal level. Just think how you feel the next day when you have not had much sleep, then think how you feel when you have had adequate sleep.

A hobby is a great way to get healthy and be active in a way you can enjoy. Try a few different hobbies such as baseball, golf, tennis or anything that takes your fancy, stick at it and watch your fitness and health improve without any real effort on your half, as you will be doing something you enjoy.
