Teeter Hang Ups EP-960 vs. Contour L5 Inversion Table Comparison

November 6, 2013 By Steven Kirchhof

Teeter Hang Ups EP-960 Inversion Table
Teeter Hang Ups EP-960

We have been fielding questions about the differences between the Teeter EP-960 and Contour L5 Inversion tables lately, and thought we would publish a quick comparison between the two. To see a comparison of over 10 of the most popular tables, check out our best inversion table review and comparison article.

Background

The Contour L5 is sold through retailers whose sales are primarily local (brick & mortar), while the EP-960 is sold through online and offline retailers. It is not uncommon for B&M retailers to have access to exclusives. This helps them compete against online merchants who frequently have better pricing due to their low overhead. And with heavier items, such as an inversion table that weighs around 70 pounds, many consumers would prefer to have it delivered to their door rather than have to pick it up (especially for those with back pain). Keep in mind while reading that Better Health Innovations carries the EP-960, but not the Contour L5.

Feature Comparison

The two inversion tables share the same bed design, foot clamping, and tether, which are critical parts of an inversion table. So, back and foot comfort will be identical on either table. In addition, operation of both tables is identical.

The L5 has a unique mechanism where the rotational speed (basically an adjustment for the center of gravity) of the table can be set with a dial. On the EP-960, this must be set by removing the bed from the frame. While this may seem important, the rotational speed setting is typically only set twice during the life of the table. Having dealt with thousands of inversion table customers, and having used inversion tables ourselves, we have found that this is set once when the table is set up and maybe one more time once the user gets used to inversion (by speeding up the rotational adjustment).

The L5 sports a different frame design with a more curved look. We will leave it up to you on the attractiveness of the table vs. the EP-960. We have not had experience folding the L5, and we are not sure if the leg design would effect storage. The EP-960 folds up very well. Both tables accept the accessories that came out for the 60 series earlier this year.

Warranty is the same for both tables – 5 years on everything. I am absolutely sure that the L5 has comparable quality to the EP-960 and other Teeter inversion tables. Teeter doesn’t mess around with quality, and I have never seen a poorly design table from them. Both tables carry the UL Mark and have passed UL certification testing.

Looking at the manual for the L5, assembly appears to be pretty much the same with the same components being pre-assembled (such as the frame and mainshaft)

Strangely, I cannot find any statements for money back if the table does not work for you. With the EP series, Teeter offers a 30 day money back, allowing you to use the table for that period and return it used for a full refund.

Conclusion

So, which is the best inversion table? Whether the rotation adjustment improvement and the leg design warrants a price tag $100 to $179 higher than the EP-960 is debatable. Currently (subject to change with time), the EP-960 price is $399, which includes a 110% price guarantee. Advertisements for the L5 indicate a $499 to $579 price tag. If money were no object, you may consider it, but even so, with the L5 it appears there is not a trial period and the BHI Inversion Coaching Program is not available. From that perspective, you are actually getting less value for more money. Based on this, I very much recommend the EP-960.

Therion Magnetic Therapy Review and Overview

May 7, 2013 By Steven Kirchhof

We have thousands of friends and customers who swear by magnetic therapy. In the video, I discuss the difference between magnetic therapy and magnetic jewelry. Also, I highlight the benefits of the Therion line of pain relief products.

More Thereon Magnetic therapy information on Amazon: CLICK HERE!

There’s a lot of causes of pain in your joints or in your muscle tissues or what have you. I just want to do a really quick overview and talk a little bit about magnetic therapy. There’s really two types of magnetic technologies that are used to address pain. The first one I call magnetic jewelry, and you see it’s relatively inexpensive, although there are some very expensive magnetic bracelets and that sort of thing. Typically, it’s a steel magnetic bracelet that will fit around your wrist with two magnets on it and that’s to address the old carpal tunnel or sore wrists, even in the hand areas, what it’s claimed to do.

Then, there’s magnetic therapy. I want to talk more about magnet therapy. The feeling really is, is that with the magnetic jewelry, it really does not have enough power to penetrate into the areas of your body where you really need help with pain. Also, those are fairly limited in that they really only fit your wrist. Let’s talk a little bit about magnetic therapy, specifically Therion magnetic therapy. This is a made in the United States product. Really the gold standard of magnetic therapy in the fabric that they use, in the magnets that they use, etc. I have a few of these, a few examples that I pulled out to show you today.

With their platinum line, for example, this is a platinum knee brace. With the platinum line of Therion magnetics, they are using 13,800 Gauss neodymium magnets. That’s opposed to magnets you’d find in a craft store or something like that with a very weak field. These actually penetrate, have an effective penetration of eight inches. Now, you will see other products out there that talk about penetration. A lot of times they’re talking about the maximum or how far away the magnetic field can actually be felt. This is eight inches of effective going through the bone and muscle in your body.

Great example here, is opposed to using a magnetic jewelry, is a magnetic wrist brace; great for carpal tunnel, great for wrist pain. If you’re typing for too long on the computer, it’s fantastic for that. I threw this on this morning just to demonstrate how it’s on here.

I’ll wear one of these, if I’m working at the computer for too long. I’ll get some pain in one of my wrists. This is one of their larger products, the knee brace. This, I think the size is a large. Fourteen high powered, high quality magnetics strategically located and very high strength Velcro that will wrap around and serve as brace as well as providing magnetic therapy. Rather than just having a brace on your knee, you’re also getting the benefits of magnetic therapy.

I have friends and family members with knee pain. Fortunately, it’s not an affliction in myself, but a lot of them have gone for cortisone shots. That seems to work fine for a year or two, and then the cortisone shots just don’t seem to have any affect. Many of those folks that I know have just transferred over to a Therion type product. They’ve really got fantastic, actually surprising, results out of the Therion magnetic braces. Another differentiator about Therion versus some of the imported, I would say inferior brands, in magnetic therapy. The Therion braces and supports are made with a fabric that they actually patented. This fabric allows it to breathe, very, very comfortable against the skin.

You’re able to wear this, whether it’s a knee brace or back brace, something for your wrist, something for your collar, something for your upper arm or elbow. You’re able to wear that throughout your normal day. You’re able to do activities that you are usually able to do, because of the comfort of the fabric. There you go. We have a lot more information at BetterHealthInnovations.com. I really encourage you to take a look at the entire Therion product line, knee braces, insoles. There are magnetic technology and memory elbow braces, back braces, etc. Have a look at BetterHealthInnovations.com. There is a link down in the description below. As always, everybody have a great day.

Thumper Massager Comparison Review: Mini Pro 2 vs. Sport Massagers

December 14, 2012 By Steven Kirchhof

One of the most frequent questions we receive is which percussion massager to buy, the Thumper Mini Pro 2 or the Thumper Sport. I take this head-on in the video below, comparing the two units and discussing the pros and cons of each. This video should help you decide which model is best for you. Don’t forget to ask any questions in the comments below!

To learn more about the entire Thumper Massager line, including the Mini Pro 2 and Sport models, click here to check them out on Amazon!

[Transcription Below]

Hey, everyone. I get these muscle knots in my shoulder and you can feel them with the tips of your fingers. It absolutely kills me and it’s usually when I’m under a little bit of stress, somethings going on maybe in my life or whatever and it just absolutely kills me. I love to get a professional massage every time that, that would happen, but usually I don’t have time and usually I don’t want to blow the 150 or so dollars to go and see a professional masseuse and have that worked out of my shoulder. What I use is a … I use personally a Thumper Mini Pro 2 and I keep it behind my desk. I keep it plugged in all the time and I would say on average every other day I’m thumping myself in the back with the Thumper Mini Pro 2, this one actually.

What I wanted to talk to you today about is, you might be considering between the Thumper Mini Pro 2 and the Thumper Sport model and wanted to talk a little bit about the differences between these two. Maybe you have the same kind of issues that I have muscle tension or maybe you’re looking to buy one of these units for somebody who would enjoy them and most people do obviously. It’s the best thing they can get closest to a professional masseuse. A lot of professional masseuses actually use these units, typically the Mini Pro 2.

What we said over the years about these two units––and the Sport has only been out for a few years now––what we said about these two units when customers are trying to decide is well, if you’re professional the Thumper Mini Pro 2 is made for more continuos usage than the Thumper Sport, but they do come with a two year warranty, so they are built for the same warranty. They both operate between 20 and 40 hertz. That’s the cycles per second of the massage nodes. They have massage nodes, which are basically the same, maybe a little bit more pointed on the Mini Pro 2. They both come with support materials. They both come with a DVD from Thumper along with an operator’s manual and some other information about their products they have outside of these two units.

Other than aesthetically wise in terms of the grey or silver case on the Sport versus the black Mini Pro 2 differences would be, this one here the Mini Pro 2 has a hook where you can hang it onto the side of a massage table for the professional masseuse or you can hang it up in your closet or whatever. Both of these units come with 12 foot cords, which are just outstanding, because it seems like everybody’s trying to save a couple pennies nowadays by shortening their cords by just enough to make it inconvenient for the people who are actually buying the stuff. So you get a cord that’s long enough to use around a patient fi you want. You get a cord that … I have this think plugged in across the room over there. It’ll reach where you need it to go. So that is pretty much what they all have in common.

Let’s look at the units here. The handle on the Sport is actually a little bit longer and you would think that you would get a little bit more leverage on that, but you are grabbing the handle actually in approximately in the same place with both of these units. You are getting about the same distance from your hand to where the where the massage is actually happening. They both weigh three pounds. When I tried to determine where the balance point is on the two units, the Mini Pro 2 … and I’m going to try to balance this right outside of the head, you see it just wants to flip right over. Most of the weight is in here, so when you’re applying this to yourself or you’re applying it someone else really, the force from the weight of this head is really pushing straight down into the patient.
Let’s take a look at the Sport doing … try to simulate the same thing. When I do it with the Sport I can … I can just not get that to balance. You are getting a lot of weight out there to force these for lack of a better word, to force or push these nodes into the patient. However, I think with the Mini Pro 2 it’s a little bit more concentrated with the weight being up in the head. The obvious difference is the Mini Pro 2 had a three position switch, low, medium and fast. Let’s … low, medium, fast. So you have three positions with that. The Sport came out with a continuos switch. There is numbers on here from one to five and you can stop anywhere in between. Just turning this on … so this is all the way down on the one or the lowest setting. Two, three, four and five all the way up there.

Subjectively for when you are receiving … devices even if you are doing it to yourself or doing it to another person, subjectively I feel that the Mini Pro 2 is a little bit smoother. Both of these are percussion massagers meaning that, they’re not simply vibrating the skin like a 20 or $30 unit that you would find in a big chain store. They are actually pushing these nodes and giving you a deep tissue massage. I do find the action smoother in the Mini Pro 2. Now my wife says that, when she’s using a Mini Pro 2 versus a Sport, she enjoys the Mini Pro 2 better, because if it hits a boney spot, whether it is your shoulder bone here or your shoulder blade, it doesn’t seem to really deflect as much. It doesn’t seem to like hammer into that and start bouncing on that bone or on that joint that you are one. You are not putting yourself into harm’s way either way when you’re doing that. The Mini Pro 2 does feel a little bit smoother, especially when you’re going over areas that don’t have necessarily the muscle tissue depth of other areas.

I’m being mostly positive here about the Mini Pro 2, but again the Thumper Sport is an excellent unit. Right now it’s going for about $60 less at Betterhealthinnovations.com. The Sport is $129 with free shipping and 189 for the Thumper Mini Pro 2, so you are paying more money for the Thumper Mini Pro 2 than you for the Sport model. If you feel that you are not going to be using it that often, certainly go with the 129 unit with the Thumper Sport. If you’re comparing this to a brand … we have a review on YouTube if you’re comparing the Thumper Sport to the HoMedics brand. If you’re considering this first as a HoMedics brand just spend the extra money and go with the Thumper Sport, it’s going to give you a better massage, more of percussion massage rather than a vibratory massage, which kind of makes your skin all itchy and everything.

I think that’s pretty much all we had on these two units. Again, both excellent units, both real percussion massagers. My preference is the Mini Pro 2 if you don’t mind spending the extra $60; I feel that it’s worth your while. On the flipside the best value in massage nowadays really is the Thumper Sport for a $129 today anyway, so that might change in Betterhealthinnovations.com. Everybody certainly leave any comments or questions that you have below and I hope that you can visit us at Betterhealthinnovations.com. Have a great day everybody.

Pseudo What? Pseudotumor Cerebri: Pressure in the Brain

September 24, 2012 By Jenny Richards

Have you been feeling dizzy of late or do you feel as if there’s pressure in your brain? Don’t be alarmed. It’s probably nothing. As a matter of fact, it may just be Pseudotumor Cerebri – a condition in the brain that may feel like a tumor but is really not.

What is Pseudotumor Cerebri and How to Treat It?

It is a condition that affects the brain wherein pressure is felt in the head which then may cause headaches and double or blurred vision. Temporary blindness which can last for only a few seconds may also sometimes occur.

Pressure is felt when there is excess cerebrospinal fluid in the head. This fluid covers the brain and the spine to protect it from injury but an excess production of this may cause Pseudotumor cerebri.

Symptoms

Apart from the symptoms previously mentioned, there are a number of other symptoms that may occur. These include feeling nauseated, vomiting, difficulty with peripheral vision and pain in the neck, shoulder or back area.

Among all these symptoms, the most common is headache. The pain may be moderate to intense and usually starts from the back of your eyes. You may also hear a buzzing sound in your ears and it may seem as if it is buzzing to the beat of your pulse which intensifies the pain.

Headache usually occurs in the morning. Sometimes, the pain can be so severe that it rouses you from slumber.

Testing for Pseudotumor Cerebri

Since symptoms for this condition is similar to a brain tumor, your doctor may immediately recommend checking the condition of your brain to determine whether there is an actual tumor or a pseudo tumor.

Your doctor may advise you to undergo an MRI test or a CT scan to see if there is a tumor present. If none is seen, you may then be asked to undergo lumbar puncture.

Also known as spinal tap, the procedure entails extracting a sample of your cerebrospinal fluid for testing.

This is also a form of treatment for Pseudotumor cerebri – extracting the excess fluid from your spine.

Another test that you may be asked to take is an eye exam. The doctor will check for a condition called papilledema, a specific form of swelling behind the eye that is associated with Pseudotumor cerebri.

Recommended Treatments

Treatment for this condition generally entails relieving the symptoms including medications to relieve the pressure in the brain. In some case, surgery and as mentioned earlier, the extraction of the excess fluid, are recommended.

Initially, the doctor will prescribe glaucoma medication or diuretics or both. Glaucoma medication will address the eye problem while diuretics will help reduce fluid retention through frequent urination. for headaches, you may also be given pain relievers. If medications do not work, surgery may be the next form of treatment. Eye surgery and lumbar puncture will help release excess fluid. With eye surgery, normal vision is restored.

Factors Associated with the Condition

There is not one specific, all-encompassing risk factor that may increase your chances of having this condition. However, it has been observed that obesity plays a key role. Therefore, for obese patients, apart from medications or surgery, losing excess weight may likewise be prescribed by the doctor. The condition also generally affects women.

Certain types of medications may also increase the chances of getting this condition such as growth hormones and oral contraceptives. Vitamin A toxicity may also lead to Pseudotumor cerebri.

Percussion Massage: We Compare The Thumper Sport Against the Homedics Compact

June 14, 2012 By Steven Kirchhof

A discussion of percussion massage and two options for home use.

Overall, I was disappointed with the Homedics massages. I really wanted their massager to be successful through the evaluation, but I cannot recommend it based on build quality, ergonomics, and effectiveness.

The Thumper Sport performed much better through the evaluation, and I consider it a better value even though it is significantly more expensive than the Homedics.

We carry the entire line of Thumper Massagers on our BHI site. Click here to learn more about the Thumper Sport.

Speaker: Hi everybody, another BetterHealthInnovations.com video.

I want to talk to our folks today who may be suffering from back pain, from muscle pain. Our folks may want to improve their immune system. I wanted to talk to people who maybe suffering from carpal tunnel. I also wanted to talk to folks who may be looking to relieve stress and relieve anxiety in their lives.

All those symptoms that you may or may not be suffering from, all those symptoms have been proven according to the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work, all those have been proved by this organization through research material, through research to be addressed through massage therapy. It is something that can be done either outside of the home or inside of the home. So along with massage therapy, I want to talk about our two widely available popular units for home use.

Massage therapy, keep in mind, it has the benefits that we talked about, when I talked about just a moment ago; it’s been used for thousands of years. It’s found on Egyptian drawings massage and body work. I bet you they wish that that they had the quality of this that we have today. It’s also found in a Chinese medical reference book from 2700 BC.

So massage is one of the oldest form of medical care available and it’s been proven to work over the years and it’s obviously still in use today. Around 40 million Americans get at least one professional massage a year. So again, listing off the various ailments that you might be suffering from, certainly the biggest ones that are addressed by massage therapy would be muscle pain, also stress anxiety, trying to release stress and anxiety in your life.

So without further ado [00:02:00], we’ll talk about these two units. Over here on my right I have the HoMedics Percussion Massager widely available online and also locally. It goes through $30, $40. Over here, I have the Thumper Sport massager. It is a great deal more expensive than the HoMedics version.

The Thumper Sport which is the bottom of the Thumper [phonetic] [00:02:23] Equine, above this will be the Mini Pro Massager which is intended for consumers and professionals. The Thumper Sport here is intended mostly for the consumer market. But anyways, the Thumper Sport goes for a $129. We sell it on BetterHealthInnovations.com and the $129 includes shipping within the United States.

And we debated, when we were putting this together, should we be comparing a $34-year product versus one that costs about four times as much and in the end obviously we said, “Yeah, let’s go ahead and do it,” because $129 would probably, you would spend that on just one professional massage. So we don’t think that’s really out of line to be talking about a unit to cost a $129 along with one that costs a great deal cheaper and in the HoMedics version here, I really, really wanted this to work, because I do want to present our customers, those who can’t go as a $129 unit, I want to present our customers with an option that will work for them at a lower cost.

So we’re going to jump into this now with our standard format of doing our product reviews. I’m going to talk about the problem and solution, intended use, ergonomics, build quality, support material, accessories and effectiveness. So we already talked a little bit about the problem and the solution. Both of these address that through percussion massage.

Percussion massage is a massage [00:04:00] that will get more deeply into the muscles as opposed to being more of a surface or light massage. Some of the muscle groups on the body for example are your thighs, have extremely large muscles. So the intention of both of these is to provide enough percussion to get in there and relax those muscles and the muscle tissue.

The intended use, as I stated before, both of these are intended for the consumer market. If you’re a professional watching this, you might find some value, but I’d really recommend stepping up to a Thumper Mini Pro 2. It’s rated for more hours of continuous use. It’s really more suitable for a professional environment over the Thumper Sports, certainly over the consumer-only HoMedics brand.

Moving on to ergonomics. Ergonomically both units are very similar. There is a fair amount of difference with the handle ones. It looks like, I would say, about four-inch difference. That can make a difference for self-massage. If you’re trying to reach a spot, in the middle of your back for example, having a longer handle on the Thumper, usage of the product and – this is important for professionals or those who plan to use these for extended uses, just how much feedback you get in the handle when you’re holding on to it.

We had passed these units around to various folks within our organization and of course I used them for about a week before doing this video and you do get a lot more feedback in the HoMedics version than you do in the Thumper version. That’s more like one of the big points the Thumper Massager is that there’s a lot of isolation between the massage head and the masseuse’s hand, because obviously if you’re doing this for a long, you’ll feel a lot of vibration, you know, it’s going [00:06:00] to cause numbing and tingling in the hand if you’re using this.

Also under ergonomics, I want to talk about weight and everybody likes light weight, but perhaps that’s not the best thing with professional massagers. You want to massager, when you put it onto a person, you want the weight of the head to feet to be applying pressure. You don’t want to be working the massager with one hand behind on top of the head, you know, forcing it down into the tissues.

For that purposes, from an ergonomic perspective, the Thumper Sport is a little bit heavier in the head in, has that longer handle which is, you know, works like a lever, so you’re getting a little bit more of the direct pressure down on to the muscle tissue over the HoMedics version.

Also on ergonomics, and here’s something you probably wouldn’t necessarily think of, and that’s how long these cords are. If we compare the two cords here, this is eloquently as possible on video but I’m going to just try to show you a comparison between the length of the cords. So here’s the end of the HoMedics. The HoMedics version is a great cord. It ended about here on the Thumper cord.

So Thumper cord goes on for seven more feet. This is obviously important both for self-massage and it’s important for, if you’re working on a patient, who’s laying on a table, you can obviously reach him a lot better with a longer cord. You don’t have to go hunting for an extension cord. If I were working on somebody with a HoMedics, I would have to find an extension cord. I just can’t imagine him walking around the table trying to do a massage with a cord that short.

For build quality and warranty, first up, both have a similar warranty. I [00:08:00] have never placed a claim with the use of both of them myself personally, but they both have a two-year warranty. I believe that they both require returns to honor that warranty.

For build quality and craftsmanship, the biggest thing I saw about the HoMedics version and right away is that it has a painted-on silver finish. So it’s an injection molded plastic housing with a painted-on silver finish and already right out of the box I see some of that finish flicking away. So I’d imagine that over the years and through use, especially around the handgrip area, you’re going to start to see some flaking, perhaps if it gets bumped, you’ll see some chipping of the silver finish.

From a – just looking at a quality perspective, the switches are very solid. The unit itself, there’s no shakes or rattles in it and that sort of thing, but I really don’t care for the finish on the HoMedics unit. The Thumper Massage had a build quality, and the Thumper is very well known for their build quality, the build quality we out rated has certainly been excellent, very, very solid, the unit feels solid in the hand. It’s a pleasure to work with any of the Thumper massages including the Thumper Sport.

Regarding the finish issue that I have with the HoMedics, the Thumper Massager has a grayish-bluish coloring to it, but that coloring is actually molded right into the plastic housing. So you’re not going to get, you know, chips or flaking away of the finish.

And I do want to mention here, the country of origin of these units, a lot of folks don’t know this, the Thumper massages are actually made up in Canada. They are made just outside of Toronto, Canada. The HoMedics version, they are an [00:10:00] import from, I believe, this one here was made in China, yes.

Okay, moving on to support material, the HoMedics support material, it comprises a small manual. There’s about four pages of useful information in here. It’s in a couple of different languages. So you get about half this manual a lot of fine print around the warranty, that sort of thing, but I’d say about four pages of useful material, you know, how to use the massager.

The Thumper Massager comes with a great deal more of support material. It does have some advertising literature that they throw in the box on their other products, so you can learn about those. The operator’s manual for the Thumper Massager, it covers a little more than HoMedics. In actuality though, the manual covers about the same number of pages as HoMedics. It’s done also in multiple languages. So you get like the four pages or so how to use the unit, important safety considerations that certainly you should read before going to use it.

But the one real differentiator is the Thumper Sport Massager comes with a DVD on how to use the unit which I think is important, so you can get the most out of it when you’re using it on yourself or somebody else. It also teaches you how to use it safely, which I think is especially important, especially if you’re using it on somebody else.

Moving on to accessories, the Thumper Massager really doesn’t come with any accessories. The HoMedics version does come with one accessory. If you screw off the massage tips and you can put in their place these red ones and there’s a separate button on here [00:12:00] where you can turn on the heat function. And like I said, we had had several people try this before doing the video, I tried it myself and what we found is that you really don’t keep the massager in one place long enough to really feel that heat. When you’re using a power massager such as these, you don’t want to keep it in one spot longer than 10 or 15 seconds. So you really feel much heat.

Now if these were say infrared, I think that that would be a different story than it would get in underneath, you know, underneath the skin layer into the muscles, but that’s not the case. But we’ll count these as being an accessory that comes with HoMedics that’s not available with the Thumper Massager.

And lastly and probably most importantly is effectiveness, how effective how are these two units. Like I said, I really wanted to like the HoMedics unit, but I found it to be relatively ineffective compared to the Thumper Massager.

The Thumper Massager with its larger massage nodes and also deeper pulses really does a better job in terms of deep tissue, goes directly straight down into the tissue and it’s especially important on those larger muscles that I talked about, for example on the thighs, but even your lower back muscles to really get in deeply into the muscles and get through the deep massage that both of these units promise.

I found that there was some penetration into the muscles with using the HoMedics, however, I did find it to be a little more vibratory, if that’s the word, vibratory than I would have liked, where it’s acting more on the top layer, where it’s acting on the skin, certainly not acting on the muscle tissues like I would have liked.

So I [00:14:00] think that just about wraps it up. I would highly recommend the Thumper Sport Massager. Again it’s a $129, but that’s probably less than you’ll pay for one professional massage. Unfortunately, I cannot go ahead and recommend the HoMedics brand.

If you have any questions whatsoever, you can certainly give us a call, shoot us an email. Visit us at BetterHealthInnovations.com to want to know little more about massage therapy and the options are available both for the professional and in the home.

So everybody, have a great day!
