How many times have we heard the argument over what is best for weight loss? Is it cardiovascular activity, or strength training or is it dieting? It is actually none of the above… or all of the above, depending on how you want to look at it.
I understand that society’s goal today is to mainly keep up bodily image, but that is not the healthy way of going about things. Weight loss should consist of different types of exercises, but basically learning to live one healthy lifestyle. A balanced diet, general daily activity, resistance training, high intensity interval training, and low intensity interval training are all needed to lose weight in the most efficient way possible.
