How To Adjust a Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table

August 21, 2013 By Steven Kirchhof

We get a fair number of questions about how a Teeter inversion table is adjusted for height. With Nadia joining us for the summer as an Intern in our video production department, we thought that is would be a great opportunity to show how a table is adjusted. Nadia is 5’5″ tall and I am 6’7″. As you can see in the video, adjustment is very easy and fast.

The model used is a Teeter Hang Ups EP-960, which can be purchased on our Better Health Innovations site. Click here for more information or to order on Amazon.
