Roughly eight percent of the American population suffers from seasonal allergies. Spring is one of the seasons for an onslaught of fresh allergens, but it is also a prime time for people to begin exercising outside again. So what should people with allergies do? Exercise outside, of course.
There really is no reason why seasonal allergies should limit someone’s activity. With the proper precautions and treatments, those with allergies can keep the sneezing and wheezing at bay.
