Jaelyn Anderson was only 10 months old when she received her heart transplant. The doctors said she would need an environment free from contaminants before she could go home. Six months later, she is returning home to live in what is now “America’s Healthiest Home,” designed by IQAir’s Clean Air Team. The Clean Air Team was asked by CNN’s Anderson Cooper to help provide the healthy home for Jaelyn. But Jaelyn’s homecoming this weekend is not just another success for the Clean Air Team. It is also the result of hundreds of volunteers who donated time, materials and labor. It’s a touching story about a community that came together to help create a safe, healthy home for one of its youngest and most vulnerable member. |
