Lower Stress Levels Found in Leaders

A Study published in this week’s Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences suggests that those in leadership positions actually have lower levels of stress compared to non-leaders.  The researchers found that when using samples of real leaders that they have lower levels of the stres hormone cortisol and lower reports of anxiety than those in non-leadership roles.
