MORE NEWS ON MEDITERRANEAN DIET CITTING RISK OF STROKES AND HEART ATTACKS

A recent study confirmed what many believed, that strokes and heart disease could possibly be prevented by following a diet rich in olive oil, nuts, beans, fish, fruits and vegetables.
