Back Bubble Traction Device – Quick Review

By Steven Kirchhof 20 Comments

Back Bubble alternative to inversion tables for back pain reliefWe recently came across this device, and we are very impressed. The Back Bubble is a very easy to use piece of home medical equipment that provides almost instant lasting relief to back pain. What we really like about this item is that it provides an effective alternative to an inversion table, takes up very little space, and is portable. We receive several calls a week from people who suffer from back pain, but can not use an inversion table because of weak joints and other reasons. Some people simply do not have room in their home for an inversion table, or do not want another piece of equipment. We are really excited that we now offer the Back Bubble as a solution that does not apply force to the knees, ankles or hips and is also very portable. Everyone may not have room for an inversion table, but everyone has at least one door frame to hang a Back Bubble!

The Back Bubble is the type of device that is hard to depict in pictures, so I put the video from the company below so you may get an idea how it works.

As you can see, the Back Bubble is hung from either the ceiling or from a “chin up” bar in a doorway. A chin-up bar is included with every Back Bubble so you don’t have to hunt around for a suitable anchor point. Sitting in the device, suspended under your arms, feels like you are floating on a bubble of air, allowing the weight of your lower body to decompress your spine, gently stretch muscles, and realign your back. People with back pain who have tried it find that relief is almost instant, and walk away with noticeable pain relief that lasts from hours to days.

Set up and use is very easy. Once you have an anchor point above, simply inflate it and go through the position steps included in the directions.

When time permits, I will post a full review. Meanwhile, if you would like more information we have a complete description of the Back Bubble on Amazon here: Click Here For The Back Bubble

[…] High blood pressure causes an excess amount of stress on the artery walls. This causes the heart to have to pump harder, which promotes unhealthy tissue growth and a weakening of the heart muscle. When the heart muscle is weak, you can inadvertently cause it to stop if you overexert yourself. High blood pressure is also a symptom that points to over potential problems for your heart. For example, when high blood pressure is caused by plaque build-up in the artery walls, you should understand that the most major risk of this is heart attack.back bubble […]
