These days, high tech gadgets in their various forms is not something unusual. Latest features added to those gadgets and become main attraction. One of those features is reminder.

We become more and more dependent to those reminders and tend not to trust our own brain. We can reduce our dependence to gadget if we can optimize our brain memory. Here is some tips to maximize our brain memory capacity.

Focus

If you want to remember everything anyone says to you, pay close attention. Focus to what he/she says so you won’t miss any detail. Don’t get distracted by anything.

Use Your Senses

The more you use your senses to pay attention, then your brain can remember anything. Watch, feel, and appreciate anything your friend tells you.

Connect It With Something

Enough Exercise

Exercise increases oxygen supply to your brain which eventually increase brain functions. Remembering is one of important brain functions. So, don’t be lazy going to the gym.

Control Your Stress

Stress increases cortisol hormone and causes the death of brain cells. Eventually, brain functions will be disturbed. Stress also disturbs your appetite and sleep quality which have great effect on your ability to memorize. One way to control stress is exercise.

Enough Sleep

When you’re asleep your brain will be busy processing every information you learned during the day. This should increase your brain memory function.

Optimize your brain memory and start doing it now. Soon, you won’t be needing Blackberry just to tell you what to do and when to do it. You won’t have to worry about forgetting your anniversary or your kid’s birthday. You don’t want that to happen, do you…???
