A recent study has linked vitamin B levels with mental health of children. The study, led by the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research and published in Preventive Medicine, found that children with a diet low in B vitamins are likely to experience behavioural and mental health issues compared to those wit a diet rich in B vitamins.
